“ Hi there this call is to inform you that spectrum is removing the 50 % discount offer on your monthly bill to reactivate this offer. Please call back at. 8 6 6 8 6 1 3 6 2 2 From 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific standard time thank you and”

is this a scam?

    This call you received is not from Spectrum. If we were to reach out to you regarding your account, we would not request that you call us back at a different number. Additionally, we would not make a change to your account without your request and then contact you to ask that you contact us back in order to maintain any changes made.
