where did all my sent emails go ?

It's been over a month now and I'm still missing my sent emails. I've reached out about 3 times and keep getting told development is working on it. What happened to them? I need some for validation processes on the "did you send an email" question — and I can't verify it 'cause I can't find any of the emails. The sent email window is blank though it looks like I have 2 pages with blank emails in them. Where are they and when in God's name are we getting them back?

    Hi & welcome!

    There is an ongoing known issue impacting email and our engineers are working to resolve the issue as quikly as possible.

    Are you seeing this issue on an email client, such as Outlook or does it also happen on Spectrum webmail? Also, does this happen with all emails associated with your account or just one email?

    we have two spectrum accounts: (edited). Both accounts are affected and the sent emails are missing. I've started copying myself on the more important ones to be sure I have a record. Though in the sent ones I lost - before I knew they were lost - was an important one to my CPA. Sure hope this gets resolved quickly and I appreciate your reply. Brenda

    I can say I was really surprised when I went to look for an email I sent to our CPA and there was nothing — blank pages. And I say pages - 'cause you know when you have more emails than will fit on one screen and you get a highlighted page number? I do see those meaning it appears I have a few pages of emails (sent) but there's nothing there. What I don't understand is why it is taking so long to resolve the issue. I work in IT / software and server/network sides — so I know it really should NOT take this long. I wonder if they're going to give us a credit on our bills — LOL. We surely deserve SOMETHING besides — waiting!!!!!
