Why does my TV say my channels are Not Tunable

My TV screen is a blue green color and all my channels say Not Tunable. When I try to reboot my box it gets to OCAP and quits. Any help?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about our services not working as intended. I am sorry this is happening. Have you checked to see if your TV is on the correct input. When you completed the reset did you do this by unplugging the box from the power and the cable line for 3-5 minutes. If not, can you try this and let me know if this helps. -Lyn
