Spectrum email not working on Outlook
After the new version of Outlook was installed on my computer, I am unable to send emails from my connected
Charter account. My IT person tried everything, with no success. He said the new free version of Outlook is the problem, and I now have to sign in to webmail. On webmail, it requires that I log in to sender's Url to view the mail. I have requested help through Charter chat but have not received anything that will fix this.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for third party email clients beyond providing basic configuration.
Are you able to send and receive email through Spectrum Webmail?
