Receive frequent channel unavailable prompts on certain channels with Xumo box.

The internet connection shows excellent. Only certain channels affected.

Very frustrating.

    Hi @jerryghr

    XSTLP-4004 errors on Xumo are typically connectivity related.

    Please try restarting the modem and the Xumo and let us know if it continues. Since you mentioned specific channels, it would be helpful to know which channels are affected.
