    Good morning and welcome @SOAPSTARJO,

The email address you provided was removed from your post as this is publicly visible, but in checking, is not associated with an active account. Unless service is transferred over, once an account is disconnected, associated email addresses are subject to deactivation and deletion after 60 days, but can be active longer in some cases.

Email is a complimentary service we provide to our active internet customers. It can be transferred with the internet to a different address, and in some cases can be moved between current accounts as long as both accounts have the same email domain (ie rr.com, spectrum.com), but if the internet is cancelled the email account will eventually be purged from our systems. Once it is purged it is not recoverable, and only new spectrum.com email addresses can be created.

It's asking the MAC address associated with my account. I actually have spectrum now, but it's registered with a different email address and doesn't help me at all.

Update - I can send emails, just can't retrieve emails.

Can I add it to my active Spectrum account? This email address is 20 years old and I have used it the entire time. Also, I can still send emails and see my sent/junk/trash emails, just not any new ones I have received in the last couple of days.

me too!! I have used that email for 20 years and cannot even imagine all the sites that use that as my login. Is there any way to get it back?

Hubby has a current Spectrum business account

I didn’t realize that losing the email would be a consequence. Email accounts have always been free no matter what. This sucks

I lost access to mi.rr.com a month or two ago. It just stopped working in Outlook. I've been online talking to SPectrum personnel, robots and even went to their store. These people know nothing about email. I pay $300 a month for an account to stay open just so I can continue to have this email address that I have had for 15 years. They keep blaming Outlook when I know for sure that it is Spectrum. They are not servicing the legacy servers.
