    Hello @Blutprobe

    If you are due a refund, you can request that to be sent as a check rather than prepaid card by calling 855-707-7328. If the refund is a request to have a payment refunded, such as from a duplicate payment or payment taken out on the wrong date, that would go back onto the card/account that was used to pay.
