I am trying to setup a server to enable my wife who is out of state see some files, photographs and home video's we have. I tried to assign a port of 4096 and found it was closed, I tried port 9000 and found that to be closed too. How can I request that Spectrum open these port for my use?

Hi @Apexhunter, welcome to our community!
You can manage port forwarding through the advanced settings section of the My Spectrum app or at Spectrum.net. You'll need to set an IP reservation for the server first and can then set up port forwarding for that IP.0
