    The following information will help you learn how to view and pay your bill on or the My Spectrum App.

    Having trouble with your Spectrum billing statement? Learn more about understanding your bill.

    1. Sign in to your account with a Spectrum username with Admin or Primary privileges.
    2. Go to the Billing section of your account.

    From here, you can:

    To Download Your Statement:

    1. Go to the Billing section of your account.
    2. Select the Statements sub tab.
    3. Choose a Statement Date from the drop-down menu.
    4. Select View Printable Statement for a PDF of that month's statement.

    How do I "go to the billing section" of my account? I see no link there?

    I want to know what services I currently have?

    I want to know why I can't see any Basic Cable channels even tho that's the service I think I'm paying for besides my wireless internet accesss.
