The following information will help you learn how to view and pay your bill on Spectrum.net or the My Spectrum App.Having trouble with your Spectrum billing statement? Learn more about understanding your bill.
- Sign in to your account with a Spectrum username with
Admin
orPrimary
privileges. - Go to the
Billing
section of your account.
From here, you can:
- Pay your bill.
- View your amount due.
- View up to 13 months of your previous billing statements.
- Download your statement (PDF version of your bill).
- Set up Auto Pay (recurring payments).
- Enroll in paperless billing.
To Download Your Statement:
- Go to the
Billing
section of your account. - Select the
Statements
sub tab. - Choose a Statement Date from the drop-down menu.
- Select
View Printable Statement
for a PDF of that month's statement.

How do I "go to the billing section" of my account? I see no link there?
I want to know what services I currently have?
I want to know why I can't see any Basic Cable channels even tho that's the service I think I'm paying for besides my wireless internet accesss.
