How to I see up to date data usage for the current billing period.

How to I see up to date data usage for the current billing period. ON both the website and app I can see data used during previous cycles, but not the current. Under Mobile > Next Bill > Usage Detail > it say "No Activity."

    To view your data usage: 

    1. Sign in at Spectrum.net or using the My Spectrum app.
    2. Choose Services.
    3. If you have multiple services, choose Mobile.
    4. Select a device to review specific data usage details or past data use.
