    Hello @tgordon2! I have heard back from our escalation team. They did some research and the reason your emails are showing the way they do is due to the high number of emails you have. After so many the webmail service cannot render reliably and would only work in a third party client. If you go through and delete some emails so that the number is under 1000 it would allow the webmail service to work properly.

    1000 seems awfully low. I forwarded a couple of troublesome emails from tgordon2@tampabay.rr.com to another of my Spectrum email id's (gordontest@tampabay.rr.com), which only has about 1400 emails and they still didn't format correctly. This seems wrong. I could go to a lot of trouble to delete about 400 emails from the other email address but then if that doesn't work, you and your escalation team are going to look dumb.

    I definitely understand but as that is what they had relayed to us that is what you would need to try first.

    I have now trimmed my g***@tampabay.rr.com to less than 1000 emails but the formatting did not get fixed. I can provide screenshots of what the email is supposed to look like and what it looks like in Webmail for that user. Let me know what your next trick is… I mean what evidence would you like me to provide?
