Spectrum Modem Listed as Unassociated Network Equipment – Need Help

I’m looking for some advice on how to communicate with Spectrum to resolve a modem association issue.

I had a Spectrum-provided modem that was listed under unassociated network equipment. The service was working fine, and the modem itself showed as connected.

When I contacted Spectrum, they pointed out that my modem was outdated and informed me that the Gig plan I’m on is now $30 cheaper. They lowered my plan price and sent me a new modem. The replacement went smoothly, but the new modem is still listed under unassociated network equipment.

I’m planning to call them back to get this fixed, but I’m not sure who to speak with or how to explain the issue clearly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
