Equipment Unavailable and Unassociated Equipment?

FusionScott

I'm just hoping someone can explain what this means. Our service is working fine, I'm just curious.

Specific notes/questions:

  1. I assume the "Equipment Unavailable" is because I'm not using the wifi router that came with the service. Can anyone confirm?
  2. Why does the "connected" modem show as UNASSOCIATED?
  3. Why is there another modem?

Thanks in advance!

Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community.

If you are not using the router from us it would then not show any information there as it would not be connected.

It says unassociated as the modems are not associated with the wifi service. The modem is showing connected so that would not be an issue.
