Received email -- Great News - Enjoy Paramount+ On Us
Today I received an email from Spectrum — Great news! Paramount+ Essential is now included in your Spectrum TV package. When I attempt to Activate the offer, I get the message my Spectrum package does not support the offer.
I have not made any changes to my cable package and do not have Showtime.
Did I receive this email by mistake?

Welcome to our community! I apologize for the confusion. I was able to locate the account using your community registration and I show that the account should be eligible for the Paramount+ Essentials offer. If you create a Paramount+ account (or have one already!) when you log in, in the Account settings, under the billing options, you should see an option to log in/link your account to provider. It pop up a new window to allow you to enter your Spectrum information and link the accounts.
