    Sorry for any confusion, the difference is that email is no longer offered to new customers. If you are existing customer, you can go to Spectrum.net and select the options for email to set up new mailboxes.

    Are you trying to create a new mailbox or access an existing mailbox?

    Have you tried resetting the password?

    Sometimes an email account will become locked, and a password reset is needed to unlock the mailbox.
