What happened to Bounce TV?

I went to Bounce TV channel 216 and it says programming on this network is no longer available. What happened?

Good Afternoon Sidetop, Welcome to the Community!

The most likely explanation is that Bounce TV, which is a digital sub-channel , had their contract expire with Spectrum. Bounce TV wanted too much money for a station renewal, they could not come to terms for a new contract, or an extension of the old contract. Bounce TV forced Spectrum to remove its station from Spectrum's lineup.

The second possible explanation is that Bounce TV was purchased by another host station that has no contract with Spectrum to carry that channel. (No TV vendor of any sort can provide station program without contractual consent from the station owners.)

Sidetop, what you need to do is do a Google search for Bounce TV in your area followed by a comma and your city's zip code. That should list who owns Bounce TV in your city. Reach out on social media to the company that owns Bounce TV in your community and ask why they are no longer on Spectrum in your market? If they have good customer service skills, they should provide an answer.
