How do I retrieve old text messages from aa year ago?

    Hello @M_Yousef77.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Text messages are stored on the mobile phone that received them. If you were using a different mobile phone last year then I would recommend that you check that mobile phone for the text messages if you still have access to it. We do not store the old text messages on our systems and you would not be able to access any text messages that are not store on your mobile phone.
