Compliment to Steven

I’d like to post this feedback and big compliment to Steven who have helped me resolve the issue I called about. After being passed around by 4 different agents with one agent insisting that the spectrum promotion that I’m calling about is not valid and insisted there’s no such promotion for internet+mobile users. Finally, I was transferred to the 4th or 5th agent which was Steven and he insisted that he will be able to assist and will troubleshoot that issue that I’m having. After multiple troubleshooting he was able to get me logged in to all my devices. Thank you Steven for all your help. Please look up my acct and find out which “Steven” I’m talking about.
