fantastic customer service

I recently had an interaction with customer service to resolve a few billing issues. Anastasia helped me out tremendously. She was able to not only resolve my issue but turned the situation into a great experience which is definitely not what I am used to when it comes to customer service!! Shout out to Anastasia for making everything so much easier and taking a huge stress off my shoulders!!

    My wife and I went to the 23rd Street Spectrum branch in New York to trade in her iPhone for the iPhone 15. We were helped by a gentleman named Carl. He was the consummate professional. He answered all the questions we had asked. It was a smooth transition! Except for the long time it took to transfer all the data on my wife's old phone (grrrr.) Carl is to be commended for his demeanor and expertise. What a hassle-free experience. Thank you Carl for making our day better. Jimmy Canosa
