Not a question, just some good customer service
My wife and I had a lot of poor experiences with customer service, internet, and somehow our account wasn't even made properly. Even so, we had a few really solid interactions. Like I said, lots of the tech were either impolite or not helpful. But an internet tech named Edri was super polite and helped us figure out who to speak with prior to bouncing us around. We had soon spoken with a Retention rep named Christen who was very understanding and well versed in her department. Obviously most retention reps are trained to be personable and try to get you to stay, but she was very genuine and transparent with us. We really appreciated her service. And finally, another retention tech named Caleb was again transparent and stalwart in helping us. He could tell I was frustrated and yet he continued to try to be on our side and help us out. These people deserve recognition.
