I got one question on the app is saying that we are getting 112% to the router but wen we play on the ps5 we are lagging very bad

    Welcome to our Community Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing lag with our internet service. I know how frustrating that can be, especially when gaming. I'm happy to help! Are you currently wired or wireless? I've checked your modem diagnostics and I don't see an issue here. Have you tried testing your speed? Can you go to speedtest.net, run the speed test then send a screenshot of the results?

    Thank you for sending the test result! I was able to find your account with your login information and the speeds to the router are showing correct here as well. Are you able to test another device to see what the speeds are for that device?

    Is the PS5 also on WiFi? If so, would it be possible to connect it with ethernet cable even if just temporarily to compare results?
