Internet outages
I’ve had internet and cell with spectrum since early spring 2024.
Since then I’ve experienced many outages, probably at least 15 times. These past 2 weeks my internet has been out 6 separate times. I’m getting really tired of all these outages. It’s not just my service, it is my neighbors also. I see spectrum trucks everyday n they still haven’t solved the issues. I work at home and have deadlines and I need my home internet. My cell service isn’t strong enough to be my back up. I am so close to changing to windstream fiber. I haven’t heard good reviews about them either. By the way, I live in the city and this should not be happening here. Dee

I am sorry to hear about the connection issues you are having and would gladly look into this for you. I was able to locate your account and can confirm signal issues with the modem. When able, can you please verify that all connections are tight and secure to the equipment. Once that step has been completed, try to perform a reboot to the modem and router. You can do so by unplugging the devices power source for 30 seconds. If that does not improve your connection, please reach back out and we can take further steps to ensure this issue is resolved completely.
