On Dec. 8, I had one of the BEST customer support experiences with Tanitra. She got me all set up for new internet service, Xumo boxes, and even sold me on a new phone. She was personable and patient and answered all my questions. She actively listened to me and didn't try to talk me into things I didn't want. People like Tanitra are why I enjoy being a Spectrum customer. I always feel like someone is listening and taking care of my concerns. One million KUDOS to her!
