Great staff at Spectrum office

On Dec. 8, I was at the Chillicothe (Ohio) Spectrum office to pick up a self-installation kit. There were several customers in line and only one Spectrum staff person to help us - Alex. He was GREAT! Although he was swamped and busy and working fast, he maintained an upbeat attitude and even got chairs for us to sit in as we waited. Alex had The Best attitude about being the only Spectrum person with all of us customers. He's GREAT!!!
