Great customer service today from Garrett. Spectrum sent him over to get our internet back up after being out for over 24hrs. Just before he came internet randomly came on but he still stayed and went through the lines and our modem to make sure we didn’t have another issue over the holidays. Greatly appreciated his good attitude as well as for checking our lines. We may not always have great internet but any time we need tech help they are wonderful. Thanks Garrett!
