How To Delete Accidental Account

All I was trying to do was load this forum in a different browser, and it appeared to just want username and password, same as I do to log into countless other accounts on the internet.

INSTEAD, it generated a new account based on what looked like the password entry field, a 2nd account that I have no need for and just want to delete it but can't find any setting to do this.

Additionally, how the heck am I supposed to even login on the other browser if it is obfuscated how to simply do this? Again I am a member of countless other web forums and have never seen anything so strange so what is going wrong with this process?

I can't even log out of that 2nd account I don't want and then try to login with my usual account, as clicking the "Sign Out", and then clicking "Sign In", doesn't give any options, just automatically signs me into the 2nd account that I never wanted.

What to do to get rid of this 2nd account and how to just login to the account I have had, like any other forum on the internet???? I cleared all Spectrum cookies on that (Chrome) browser, and now it won't even let me login with the same login I used on THIS browser? It tries to redirect me to use a different username associated with the account instead. It's like there is so much wrong that anything I try, just creates a bigger mess.

Only a moderator with Admin permissions can delete profiles. I located the newly created account ("moocowmoo1") and deleted it. If this happens again, please let us know and we can investigate further with the vendor.

    Thanks!

Thank you James. Any idea why the account I'm posting from right now, can't be used to login on a different browser? That other browser is Chrome and it's not blocking scripts or anything like that. Upon entering the login info it states Confirm Your Account then when I enter in JC9 and zip code (I've had this account over 9 years and the zip code has been the same the whole time), I get this message:

The info you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again, or choose a different method to confirm your account. IDIR-1023.

If I instead enter phone #, email address, or account info, it gives a list of email addresses associated with the spectrum account but none are the login for this account I'm using to post.

I'm not sure, best guess is that you have old credentials saved on Chrome causing the log in attempt to fail. Have you tried it in Chrome incognito?

I cleared all (spectrum related) Chrome cookies and have no credentials stored. I just tried incognito mode and received same error message: "The info you entered doesn’t match our records. Please try again, or choose a different method to confirm your account."

    - EXCEPT now the error code is IDID-3104

I even tried the "Forgot Username or Password" link on the Sign In page, and get the same error message as above but it's back to the error code IDIR-1023.

Failing any other solution, I suppose I'll just have to abandon this account and use whatever login they seem to want me to pick instead. Best guess I can come up with is the problem is that the .twc email address associated with the JC9 account somehow got disconnected from my Spectrum service account. I had to have them find that email address in their system, recently, so possibly it invalidates the login but then it's strange that Firefox let me login with it.

Okay I entered the primary account login email address, which takes me to a "Sign In" page, where it reads "Username
One or more users with your name already exist, would you like to connect as them?
    JC9 (Requires a password.) with a box I checkmarked,

…and then there is nowhere to enter a password!

This is all the time I can devote to this at the moment, have a lot of snow to deal with. Thanks anyway James!
