Had to call out Spectrum service, 2nd time in two days. thought first visit issue was resolved, but it wasn't so back again they came today. Have to say Tom G. was extremely knowledgeable — went above and beyond to repair, and explain to us the issue. He is definitely an asset to Spectrum. (Pinellas Park, FL)
