Will I receive a replacement for my EU2251 modem in Rockwall? Or is there a typo in the modem Product Specification which says the u/s Frequency Range is 5 MHz - 42MHz/85MHz?

Hey there @SPC1430!
Thank you for your question! All customers who are within the limits to receive symmetrical speeds will require a Wi-Fi 7 router, but a docis 3.1 modem would suffice. The modem you are currently using would qualify to receive the speeds.

So the product specification posted on the Spectrum website is incorrect? 204 MHz upstream is required for high split.

All of our 3.1 DOCSIS modems support symmetrical speeds. Should you have any compatibility issues then yes your modem can be exchanged.
