Only Wifi disconnects from router. Tablet/ desktop/ mobile phone/work laptops everything

In my new building I have Spectrum TV and internet service that comes free with the coop statement. The original router I received had issues. Especially when I work from home, I had 10-20 seconds disconnections or slow connectivity issues. I thought maybe 10mbit is too low (400/10) for upload speed, especially when more than 1 people using the internet.
I switched to 1000/40 service. I received a new router but I am now having even worse issues. It doesn't matter what device is connected and how close to the router. The other day I got disconnected for 5 minutes in the middle of a presentation. I checked my mobile phone asap and it was disconnected as well. At this point it is really impacting my work life.
Even when watch something in tablet located 1 feet away from the router in the kitchen, gets disconnected from wifi. The only thing that never disconnects and having very stable internet connection is my gaming desktop.. Because it is connected by an ethernet cable.
Restarting router doesn't really help. I did it many times and it keep happening randomly.
Is this a common issue with Spectrum routers? Again, I wasn't having such a problem, even I used to connect all my devices with 5ghz in 2 floor house. Here, despite the devices are within a few feet distance with no obstacle in between, getting 5 bar signal, 300-500mbit DL speeds, still disconnecting. I feel like something is seriously off with the spectrum router.
