Error code "DCM-1474" on my Samsung Galaxy 24+.

getting error code "DCM-1474" on my Samsung Galaxy 24+. "Cannot record on this DVR" getting this through the Spectrum tv app. but will work on my iPhone

It's only on our Samsung galaxe 24 phones
Works correctly in iPhone

For the behavior, just to confirm we're not misunderstanding, this is occurring on more than one Samsung 24+?
And has the app been uninstalled and reinstalled yet to see if the behavior changes?

yes on 2 phones. we upgraded our phones in January, both phones get the same error. my old phone an iPhone 13 still works with the app. we have deleted and reinstalled several times with the same result.

Thank you. Do you get this message with any channel you try to record content on or is it just a specific channel/channels?

yes, any channel, And I can do the same channel at the same time on my iPhone.
