APPLE TV ALP-999 ERROR CODE

I keep getting an error message ALP-999 when trying to view the Spectrum App. It does not happen with my other apps only spectrum. So it cannot be a weak Wifi signal. Has anyone else have this issue?

Sorry for any issues with the app. ALP-999 is a general connectivity error where the streaming request has timed out. Since the Spectrum TV app streams live tv, it can be more sensitive to WiFi issue when compared to other apps. Restarting the modem usually resolves most issues, otherwise you may need to resinstall the app or reset the Apple TV from the settings menu.
