How to I leave positive feedback for a customer support agent?

I had to call Spectrum today to speak to a customer service representative in order to get help with my account. I spoke with Jose-Maria from South Texas and he was AMAZING! 10/10, give this man a raise. So helpful, polite, and friendly. Thank you Jose!!!
