Want to give kudos for recent customer service experience

I wasn’t sure where to leave this feedback but I hope this can reach the right folks. I called to cancel my service in favor of a cheaper plan, and Charles from Durham, NC changed my mind and left me feeling really good about my choice. He was a great customer service rep and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
