Excellent Customer Care - Nina P
I have to share, what has to be the best customer service I have ever experienced. Nina P. Orlando Call Ctr. was so helpful, so knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to talk with. I’ve worked in the Cell phone and Cable industry for 24+ years, and have never had such professional and helpful care (even from employee account reps). Nina, you exceeded all my expectations and completely crushed my call in needs the first time through. I know we were on the phone a while, but I just could not stop saying thank you, and complementing you in person. Thank you once again, I hope our paths cross again. Gary
