I was initially frustrated when I first called, but Darius helped calm me down, and that takes a special skill set. He truly went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. After several attempts to resolve the same problem with my account, I finally came across an agent who knows what he’s doing. You’re incredibly lucky to have him on your team. Darius is pleasant, respectful, a great listener, and, above all, very understanding. His commitment to Spectrum shines through in how he speaks with and engages customers, always meeting them where they are. I find that truly inspiring. You need more agents like Darius—he’s a real gem.
