Feedback-Please Keep Supporting Standard & DVR Boxes-The XUMO's and Cloud DVR's are too Frustrating!

This is Feedback for Spectrum:

Please insure that Spectrum Cable TV Customers will be able to keep and replace those boxes with traditional cable boxes/DVR's for many years to come, instead of being forced to change to XUMO steaming boxes and option Cloud DVR service. I am an older person, who lives with another older person who hates change. The XUMO's have gotten mixed reviews from customers even after being on the market for several years. Here are the reason why Spectrum must retain traditional cable boxes and DVR's:

1.) Traditional DVR's and boxes have a better guide than XUMO's with bigger navigational space and those guides are easier to navigate.

2.) The traditional DVR box navigation is more familiar to customers who have been with Spectrum cable TV for longer periods of time.

3.) The traditional DVR remotes are easier to navigate. Less Menus. Less steps to do what you want to do.

4.) XUMO's are too insistent on a reliable Internet connection for them to work properly. Traditional boxes and DVR's have less forgiving Internet to be able to get them to work,'

5.) Searching and navigating with DVR menu's is more streamlined and straightforward.

6.) I hope that anyone who has trouble with XUMO can go back to regular boxes without hassle. Although I hear that in some markets, they are not doing this. What is the reason why some markets can no longer get regular DVR boxes? Yet others can?
