My cable box no longer works after the lightning storm we had a few days ago. How can I get it replaced?

    Hello @PeteGeorge33 Welcome

Have you tried turning everything off and unplugging the box for several minutes and than rebooting it first?Do that first. If that still doesn't work

You can take it to a Spectrum Store and they will swap it out for you. I would recommend calling Spectrum to schedule a service call. Mention you need your signals checked in the work order. If your signals went bad because of the storm, they have to be fixed. Lines could be a problem. Get a tech out to check things if the reboot fails. He/she can fix things, and you don't have to go anywhere.

    Hello and welcome @PGeo33,

I see you already contacted and got a replacement device set for shipment out to you. You'll just need to return the current device once you've got the new one and confirmed it's working, either at a store location or a location of The UPS Store.

As @Satch mentioned, you do have other options as well. Exchanging at a store would typically be the fastest option. You can also go the service call route, which could be helpful if more than just the receiver were damaged. If you have any trouble once the new device is received, please let us know.
