Problems accessing legacy rr.com email account
I'm having problems accessing my legacy rr.com email via the Spectrum website. Since November 2025, there were no problems checking my nyc.rr.com emails by signing into https://www.spectrum.net with my nyc.rr.com email and Spectrum password.
HOWEVER, today (April 21, 2026) the following message has appeared: “Server Error – We were unable to fetch your request. Please try again”. Numerous attempts to “try again” resulted in waiting several minutes before the “Server Error…” message appeared again.
Am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried changing the password? Changing the password forces our system to update and usually resolves most issues.

Will changing my Spectrum password also affect logging into my Spectrum TV app?

If your email has a different password, then it will not. Looking a little deeper, we are seeing a interruption with email access being reported. There is no ETA for the fix, but if you are able to wait a few hours and try again, you may be able to avoid resetting the password.

James_M, thank you for looking deeper. My emails are now appearing even though I haven't changed the password. If the problem keeps occurring, though, I'll repost here.

I can not recover my rr.com email acvount. Why do you make this so hard?
