XUMO Upgrade is terrible!

Anyone else is having issues with Xumo? I wish I never "upgraded". Don't if you don't have to. Losing connection every hour.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the frustration of the Xumo not connection properly. I checked the logs of the app and confirmed that it is having issues with the internet connection. I analyzed your modem and it is online with no history of cable signal problems. I logged into the Spectrum router and optimized the settings to see if it helps with your connection. If the problem occurs again then I would recommend you reset the modem by unplugging the power for a minute. This may restore the connection to the Xumo to normal. If this does not help then please reach back out to us so we can investigate the issue further.
