I wanted to leave a positive review for Spectrum customer service. I spoke with Cher in Tampa, and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever called a company and actually enjoyed the conversation so much I didn’t want to get off the phone.

She not only solved my issue quickly, but also gave me insight into opportunities and options I didn’t even realize I had been missing out on. Customer service like that is rare these days.
