Hello and welcome to the Spectrum Community!
I apologize for the issues you're having with checking your voicemail on our website.
To be sure make sure you're going to our website here and login with your online account login. Then click on Manage Home Phone at the top. From there select the option for Manage Voice under Voice Access. This should bring you to the voicemail page. Let us know if you still get the error going this route.
