Cancel autopay and wrong charge

Though I disconnected service and returned your equipment, I was charged on June 8,2026 a sum of 40.21$ , I cannot cancel Autopay on your site, it wouldnt let me saying No service. Please advise and return the wrongly charged amount to my credit card. Thank you.

Welcome to the Community Forums. The Autopay would only charge your card if there was a balance on your account. The autopay makes the payment on the bill due date and it is possible that you had a statement prior to closing your account. When there is no additional charges then you will not receive additional charges. We are not able to modify payments in the Community Forums. You can call our Billing team at 1-855-707-7328 to have it removed.
