Every night at 1215am my internet cuts out.

WWhy Is this happening almost every night? Our area is in Smithfield Virginia. And almost every night we get whole home outage with the internet for 20-30 or 40 minutes. I dont own a Spectrum supplied router or wifi solution, just the modem and the internet is down AT the modem only. My home routing setup is a ubiquity Dream Machine pro with ubiquity APs and CAT 6 ethernet to my Lab. Please explain. I can see this isnt a simple router restart from my analytics tools. I've had the line tested, re ran, the electrician tested the outlets. Nothing internal to the home is the cause.
