The Spectrum TV app will not open on my iPhone or iPad

I get the following error message - "Something didn't work quite right. Please try again later. Reference code: IGE-9000." The support page is blank on my laptop. This has been happening for days. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. Any suggestions?
