The Spectrum TV app will not open on my iPhone or iPad

I get the following error message - "Something didn't work quite right. Please try again later. Reference code: IGE-9000." The spectrum.net support page is blank on my laptop. This has been happening for days. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no avail. Any suggestions?

IGE-9000 is a generic error code, typically referencing that the app is unavailable. If the issue continues after restarting the device and the modem, please let us know.
