TV app to set recordings on DVR???

my spectrum TV app no longer allows me to remotely program the dvr.
how do i restore this useful feature?

What troubleshooting have you tried? What is the device you are using?

The DVR option just does not appear on the bottom right corner of the iPhone Mini, though it appears on larger iPhone screens and on the iPad. Apparently, the app is faulty and must be reprogrammed so that all features on the bottom row will squeeze on to the smaller iPhone Mini screen. Please have tech support make this happen!!!
