I keep getting a message about a VPN when I try to open the Spectrum TV app

Hello! Whenever I try to open the Spectrum TV app, I keep receiving a message about a VPN. I attached a screenshot of the message. The only VPN I have on my phone is for an app called "Lookout Mobile Security". How do I fix this so I can access the app?

Hi and welcome!
If you go into phone settings, you can turn off VPN. Then try relaunching the app.
