How do I go about getting a Cloud DVR?

I'm new to Spectrum and would love to be able to record shows. I had been with Dish and loved their features of being able to pause live TV and to record several shows at one time. I miss those features terribly. I am using the streaming service without a cable box. Am I correct in understanding that I need a Cloud DVR? Thank you in advance for any help.🙂

    Welcome to our community! You are correct, since you have a streaming service only, you would need our Cloud DVR in order to record shows. To add our Cloud DVR service, you would need to either call in to speak to an agent at 855-707-7328 or to visit your local Spectrum store.
