Sean, a phone rep from Ohio, was absolutely amazing! He was so charismatic and really tried to help my grandpa and I solve our problem. Unfortunately the issue didn’t lie with Spectrum so Sean wasn’t able to provided the solution, but he tried helping with everything that he could. If possible we’d love if you would let Sean know that we were able to solve the issue and we appreciate how apologetic he was that he couldn’t do more for us.
