Recently, Spectrum customer service was called to come out to my mother's house. A technician named Lewis arrived and began to work. While working, Lewis discovered that the job would take longer than expected because of the amount of work ahead. Lewis remained courteous and professional the entire time. He treated my mother as if she was his. He even went the extra mile to make sure cords did not pose a fall hazard. I am extremely lucky to have had such an experience and want to say, "thank you."
